C.A. Poetic Expressions was birthed from a place of encounter, healing, and purpose.
In 2017, what began as writing became an outlet during one of the most difficult seasons of life. Battling emotions ranging from depression to thoughts of suicide, there was a deep need for release, truth, and restoration. Jesus met that need through writing. What started as a personal escape became a Spirit-led expression of healing, identity, and truth. Now, that same gift is used to spread the love of Christ—introducing and reintroducing who Jesus truly is according to the Word of God and speaking life into others the way He first spoke life into me.

In 2019, the vision expanded when I joined the journey, bringing my God-given passion for art. I don’t just create—I feel. My heart is to take emotion, meaning, and truth and translate it into visual form, allowing people to not only see but feel. Art isn’t separate from God, but a reflection of Him—because God Himself is the original Creator. Through each piece, my desire is to bring God’s heart to life through vibrant colors, shadows, and shapes because that’s how I see God’s love for me; in the detail He leaves behind in creation.

Together, this is where Expressions were born—where art and Word meet. Custom portraits paired with Spirit-led, Scripture-rooted messages designed to reflect God’s love, identity, and truth for each individual.
We later introduced Scripture Tributes—personalized writings where each letter of a name is paired with scripture and encouragement. These are more than words; they are reminders of God’s promises, declarations of identity, and tools to speak life over individuals and families.
